On potty training
During the bedtime routine
Daddy: I'm really proud of you today using the potty and not wearing a diaper.
Biscuit: {pause} It was hard. I put my peepee in the potty.
D: Ya, you did, that was really good!
B: And I got juice
D: Ya, you did
B: It was yummy.
This was all in a very matter of fact voice. So cute.

Biscuit: When can I go back to the other school?
Mommy: I'm glad you like the other school!
B: But I don't wear underwear, I wear a diaper
M: Well, you have to wear underwear and use the toilet before you can go to the other school
B: I know, mommy. Daddy already told me. (teenager eye roll included for free)
