What a pleasant surprise when I was cleaning the coop today!
Our first, tiny, lonely, who-knows-how-old egg. Way to go ladies.
Whichever of you it was.
We had pretty much given up on eggs until spring.

Hi Melissa! Well it has been forever, I JUST started re-checking your blog to see how much Biscuit is growing...I saw your chicken post and had to respond because I currently co-raise chickens! We have two white silkies who are cute and usually very "productive" but they have been EATING their eggs - pretty weird. We're thinking about getting another chick in the spring and will let you know! Maybe see you guys over the holiday :)
