Lots of pink

I've been experimenting with wonky, crazy quilt style quilt squares.

This style of creating a block looks easy and haphazard but turns out to be harder than it looks. I'm learning.

I pulled out all the pink scraps because I have two friends due with baby girls in the next two weeks so it's high time I get some baby gifts going! While I had the scraps out, I started working on the quilts I signed up to make for a local quilt charity as part of the Give a Day; Get a Disney Day program.

Melissa! Those are beautiful quilts. Especially love the last photo. Makes me think of the Yellow Brick Road quilt pattern I was obsessed with a few years back. Come to think of it, I think I have a half finished quilt in the works some where. Maybe I'll enlist in your help and have you finish that one for me one of these days. I think my quilting days are over for the time being...
